Our Promise
Look Mama products are carefully checked before shipping. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will take full responsibility.
Our Standard Resolution: Replacement
We believe in resolving issues quickly rather than through lengthy return processes. Our primary resolution is a free replacement. We do not offer standard returns or refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction unrelated to product defects.
When Is a Replacement Eligible?
You are entitled to a replacement if the product is defective or malfunctions within the 1-year warranty period, the product was damaged during transit, you received the wrong item or wrong variant, or the product does not match the description on the website.
Reporting a Problem
Contact our support team at 7878459985 within 48 hours of delivery for transit damage, or within the 1-year warranty period for functional defects. Please provide your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photographs or video. Reports raised outside this window may not be eligible for resolution.
Refunds — Exceptional Cases Only
A refund will only be considered if the product cannot be replaced due to stock unavailability, or in other exceptional circumstances at our discretion. Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched at no charge. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us at 7878459985 immediately after placing your order if you wish to cancel.
Non-Eligible Claims
We cannot process replacement or refund requests for products that have been used, altered, or physically damaged after delivery; are missing original packaging or accessories; or where the claim is raised after the reporting window.
